This is fourth time in ten years, and I now feel like I know at least the European side of the city. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We stayed at the magnificent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themarmarahotels.com\/the-marmara-pera-hotel.aspx\">Marmara Pera hotel<\/a>, and enjoyed evening strolls on Istikal and dinners at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yenilokanta.com\">Yeni Lokanta<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/zubeyirocakbasi.com.tr\">Zubeyir Ocakbasi<\/a> and brunch at Privato Cafe. We also enjoyed the excellent Cemberlitas Hammam, and let ourselves buy carpets at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.5krugstore.com\">5k Rug Store<\/a>. The nostalgic tram tracks are back, and the streets felt much more lively than last year.
