For our first full day in Hanoi, Ruth has booked us a cooking class so we can learn more about these delicious dishes and try to make them ourselves.
We have a tradition of spending the holiday outside of the US, so this year we decided to go see more of Vietnam. This time, we focused on the north.
It took two days to drive back across Newfoundland to get to the puffin colonies, but it was worth it.
