After an amazing week on the water, it’s time to go home. If you can swing a sailing trip to Croatia, I highly recommend it. And consider the off-season, April is lovely and much less crowded than August.

We refueled the boat, bid farewell to Toni, and then wandered around Diocletian’s Palace at night, getting lost in the side streets and stopping for gelato but not directions.

We also had a long layover in Zurich, so we had to get out of the airport and enjoy some fondue. We’ll have to come back to ride the Glacier Express. Next year!
