Ruth, Whiskey and I spent the holiday week in Tahoe. We enjoyed lots of fresh snow, both cross country and downhill skiing, and a cozy cabin for our little family.

Took a mid-week jaunt back up to Modoc to stay at the Little Mt Hoffman fire lookout and explore the Lava Beds National Monument.
